Job summary

RecruitFirst Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Top Luxury Jewellery Sales Associate/Client Advisor to greet clients, guide them through our collections, and help them find the perfect piece.

You will build relationships, deliver world-class service, manage CRM interactions, and uphold the boutique's exclusive aesthetic while driving sales.

Candidates should have 2+ years in luxury retail and excellent communication, with a passion for storytelling and high-end client experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales (jewellery, high-end fashion, or watches).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class shopping experience by greeting clients warmly and understanding their needs.
• Drive sales to meet and exceed store targets through storytelling and product knowledge.
• Maintain in-depth understanding of collections, including gemstones, metals, craftsmanship, and brand history.
• Develop and maintain a loyal clientele base through follow-up communication and CRM management.
• Assist in maintaining boutique visual standards to reflect the luxury image.
• Handle transactions accurately, manage inventory, and assist with opening/closing procedures.
