Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
• Maximize sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Proactively drive business through client outreach and appointment-based selling.
• Deliver a signature client journey that is welcoming, personalized, and memorable.
• Build and maintain a loyal client portfolio through follow-up and CRM data capture.
• Provide expert styling advice tailored to each client's lifestyle and needs.
• Manage client outreach, including new client acquisition and re-engagement of existing clients.
• Develop deep knowledge of the brand's heritage, collections, materials, and craftsmanship.
• Stay informed on fashion trends, luxury market developments, and competitor activity.
• Communicate product stories in a compelling and authentic way.
• Maintain the sales floor and stockroom to visual merchandising standards.
• Follow all operational, security, and cash-handling procedures.
• Partner with colleagues and management to foster a positive, high-performing team environment.
• Mentor and support new team members as needed.

As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional, personalized client experience while achieving sales targets and building a loyal client base. Key Responsibilities
