Job summary

Richemont Asia Pacific Limited - Vacheron Constantin in Hong Kong is seeking a Customer Service Officer APAC. The role focuses on supporting the Maison business strategy through outstanding client portfolio development and sales, acting as a Brand Ambassador in and outside the boutique.

The candidate will maximize boutique sales, deliver excellent customer service, and promote products by identifying client needs. Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong selling techniques and clienteling skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize boutique sales by achieving personal targets and supporting boutique turnover.
• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Identify customer needs and suggest merchandise to meet them.

Your mission will be to support the Maison business strategy through outstanding achievements both in terms of client portfolio development & sales, acting as a Brand Ambassador in and outside the boutique.

Main Responsibilities

Sales and customer service

Maximize the sales of products, by achieving his or her own individual sales targets and helping to achieve the Boutique targets (total turnover, average sales receipt amount, product mix, number of transactions)

Provide qualitative customer service by delivering the best customer service

Promote and sell products by identifying customers’ needs and suggest merchandise to meet their needs

Policies and procedures:

Understands and abide by safety regulations and security procedures

Ensure that the Boutique appearance is up to standards and the display of products are presented in accordance with specifications

Have complete and accurate knowledge of the Brand and our products

Follow authorization and reporting procedures

Candidate Profile

With good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques

Outgoing team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
