Qualifikationen

• Degree holder with ANZIIF (Senior Associate) or ACII preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience with a proven track record in claims management, particularly EC and property casualty.
• Demonstrated experience in team management and training capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Windows & Office operations.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Promptly handle Motor, Employees' Compensation (EC) and Property/Casualty claims.
• Seek verification from stakeholders to ensure delivery of focused claims service.
• Supervise the claims team in daily claims operation and continuous process improvement.
• Assist manager in preparation of management reports on claims data analysis.
• Develop claims handling strategies to ensure appropriate reserves and appropriate investigations.
• Ensure legal compliance, adhere to claims processes, and timely payments.
• Facilitate the settlement of complex claims and related paperwork.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.
