Job summary

LLOYD KARSON International in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Claims Executive specializing in Property & Liability to advance their claims career. You will lead end-to-end liability claims, coordinate with brokers, insureds, loss adjusters and lawyers to drive timely settlements.

Our client is looking for a motivated and proactive Senior Claims Executive who is ready to advance their career.

Responsibilities:

Manage Liability claims from start to finish, including investigation, assessment, negotiation, and settlement.

Ensure claims are handled fairly, promptly, and with technical accuracy.

Proactively identify issues, trends, and potential risks, addressing them early and escalating when necessary.

Collaborate closely with brokers, insured parties, loss adjusters, lawyers, and internal teams to facilitate efficient claim resolutions.

Offer clear recommendations and confidently communicate claim strategies.

Contribute to improvements in processes, best practices, and initiatives to enhance claims efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:

Strong experience in claims handling, particularly in Property/Liability is highly encouraged.

At least 4 years hands-on approach with a self-starter mentality.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, complemented by sound judgment and business acumen.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and challenge stakeholders as needed.
