Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction experience on large building projects (preferred with main contractor).
• Good knowledge of building codes, design coordination and construction practices in HK or SG.
• English proficiency; Mandarin an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle technical matters: drawing reviews, technical submissions, material approvals and method statements.
• Coordinate with consultants, design team and subcontractors to resolve technical queries and RFIs (architectural, structural and MEP interfaces).
• Review subcontractor shop drawings and coordinate builder's works and openings.
