Job summary

AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited is seeking an experienced kitchen professional to prepare and cook dishes following standard procedures and recipes. You will ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control across the kitchen operations.

The role requires at least 10 years in hospitality and is supported by an Executive Chinese Chef for menu development and testing. You will contribute to smooth daily operations in a large-scale venue.

Qualifications

• F. 3 or above
• A minimum of 10 years solid experience in Hospitality Industry

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food in accordance with procedures, recipe and instructions.
• Ensure quality by checking taste, temperature and presentation; comply with portions.
• Ensure food safety by preventing spoiled ingredients and by keeping ill staff from handling food.
• Assist Executive Chinese Chef in planning and development of new menus and promotions; conduct food testing.
• Maintain consistent standards of production and presentation across AWE.
• Support NUVA Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations to run smoothly.
• Supervise kitchen operations for efficiency, productivity and cost control; uphold high standards.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
