Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• CIPS or CPSM qualification is an advantage.
• 8–10 years of relevant procurement, strategic sourcing, category management experience.
• Experience in engineering, construction, E&M, facilities management, or project-based procurement is highly relevant.
• Strong analytical and commercial capability; able to interpret spend and supplier data.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; proficient with MS Office and ERP/Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies for building products and related services categories (e.g., cable, valve, access control, water/fuel tank, flow meter, BMU, air compressor).
• Analyse procurement spend, supplier base, demand patterns, and market benchmarks to identify savings opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing activities, including requirement clarification, tendering, evaluation, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with business units to understand sourcing needs and ensure category strategies are practical and aligned with operations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to improve early procurement involvement in project planning and budgeting.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and contract management for assigned categories.
• Identify and connect with capable suppliers, including Mainland China sourcing opportunities and innovative providers.
