United Asia Finance Limited is a leading consumer lending specialist in Hong Kong and PRC. The Senior Officer, Credit Card Usage role focuses on optimizing card usage, growing the portfolio, and supporting merchant acquisition.

You will help develop rewards strategies and portfolio plans while engaging customers to sustain card activity. The ideal candidate holds at least a degree and has 5+ years in marketing for credit cards, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize card usage plan to grow card portfolio
• Assist in merchant acquisition and development
• Develop card usage and rewards strategy to grow card spending and cash advance portfolio
• Assist in formulate portfolio management strategies to aggressively grow account receivables and increase card usage
• Assist in developing customer engagement strategies for new and inactive accounts to boost usage
