Job summary

Shepherd Communications Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to support day-to-day coordination and administration of client projects. You will collaborate with the Creative & Art Team and external stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and on budget, help prepare advertising proposals and presentations, and ensure high-quality outputs.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree, 2–3 years' experience, and are fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with immediate

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines.
2–3 years of solid work experience.
Experience in video production, digital marketing and project management is a plus.
Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Well-organised and highly responsible.
Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

Report to the Account Manager and assist in day-to-day project coordination & administration work.
Work closely with the Creative & Art Team and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and with outstanding quality.
Assist in preparing advertising proposals.
Assist in preparing presentations and other supporting materials.
