Job summary

Mindteck Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled C++/Qt Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain Passenger Information Systems (PIS) in rail/transport. You will work on high-performance HMI apps, passenger displays, CCTV monitoring, and diagnostic tools using modern C++ and Qt.

The role emphasizes strong C++, Qt, QML, and Qt Widgets experience, with distributed architectures and system integration understanding. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant professional experience in C++/Qt application development, preferably embedded, transportation, industrial, or other complex engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Passenger Information System (PIS) software using C++ and Qt Framework.
• Develop rich and responsive HMI applications using QML and Qt Widgets.
• Develop software for passenger information displays, route/map displays, CCTV monitoring, operator interfaces, and system diagnostics.
• Design scalable, modular architectures for distributed systems.
• Support integration, system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
