Job summary

ST Engineering Urban Solutions in Hong Kong is seeking a Project Engineer to design, implement, test, integrate and commission ISCS, SCADA, PLC, and related railway systems. You will take ownership of technical issues, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery within schedule and quality requirements.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in ISCS/SCADA/PLC projects, with knowledge of railway systems and cybersecurity practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in ISCS/SCADA/PLC projects.
Knowledge of railway systems and safety-critical environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, test, integrate, and commission ISCS and related railway systems.
Configure, integrate, and troubleshoot SCADA, PLC, servers, workstations, networking equipment, and field devices.
Plan and execute factory testing, site testing, integration testing, and commissioning activities.
Prepare engineering documentation, drawings, system architecture diagrams, and interface documents.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Support IT security implementations and compliance requirements.
