Job summary

Blue Cross is seeking an experienced sales and service leader in Hong Kong to maximise insurance products across multiple channels. The role demands licensing compliance, staff coaching, and strategic sales planning to meet quotas and company objectives.

The ideal candidate has a university degree, IIQE licensing, and at least 6 years in customer service with 2 in management, plus strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Qualifications

• University degree and fit and proper criteria for licensing as an individual insurance agent.
• Passes in IIQE Paper 1, 2 & 3.
• At least 6 years of work experience in customer service call centre or frontline counter centre, with minimum 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strategic, customer-oriented and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide information in response to customer enquiries and requests.
• Coach staff to resolve feedback and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Handle escalated cases from colleagues or regulators in written and verbal form.
• Assist in roster management to maximise function and production.
• Support new business initiatives to improve service standards and reputation.
• Motivate and develop staff to meet team and department objectives.
• Direct and control sales plans and future strategies for multiple channels.
• Analyse products, pricing, channels and market research to inform quotas.
