Job summary

Blue Cross is seeking a Bancassurance Sales Role to maximise sales and profitability through bank partners, aligning with business goals. You will build long-term bank relationships, support distribution programmes, and provide training and sales engagement for bank sellers.

The role requires a degree, insurance industry experience, and strong English/Chinese communication. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Experience in General Insurance industry is required.
• Sales oriented, positive and can work under pressure.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attention to details with excellent work quality and accuracy.
• Insurance licensing and qualification requirements including IIQE papers advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain effective long-term working relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key decision makers and influencers at assigned banks
• Provide support in the development, implementation and administration of sales and distribution related programmes/ initiatives for the bancassurance channel
• Provide sales support which includes but not limited to training, coaching and sales engagement for bank sellers
• Perform underwriting duties for risk assessment, quotation preparation and negotiation
• Support sales reporting and administrative duties
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
