Job summary

Euromonitor International in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive new business and maximise revenues from both new and existing clients. You will cultivate relationships, perform online demonstrations of Passport Database, and coordinate with clients to understand their needs through consultative selling.

This role requires strong prospecting, cold calling, and meeting-based selling, with fluent English and Cantonese, and the ability to engage Chinese

Qualifications

• 2+ years of selling in publishing, media, online information or consulting.
• Experience with cold calling, emailing and face-to-face meetings.
• Strong English and Cantonese communication skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and employ consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and networking to grow target list within territory.
• Bringing in new business through calls, emails and face-to-face meetings.
• Identifying and acting on opportunities for revenue growth.
• Undertaking company research.
• Conceptualising and implementing marketing activities for the department.
• Working closely with research and sales teams in Euromonitor offices.
• Providing research support; consulting and advice to clients in your territory.
