Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing activities to promote the Company’s products and services.
• Monitor competitors, industry developments, and market trends to identify potential opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, target industries, new markets, and business opportunities.
• Generate new business leads through online research, LinkedIn, email marketing, exhibitions, industry platforms, networking, and other appropriate channels.
• Build and maintain a database of potential customers, leads, and business contacts.
• Initiate contact with potential customers and introduce the Company’s products, services, and capabilities.
• Follow up on new enquiries and marketing-generated leads in a timely and professional manner.
• Qualify potential opportunities before coordinating with the relevant Sales Team or Management for further follow-up.
• Support the Sales Team with company presentations, marketing materials, customer information, and lead-generation activities.
• Assist with initial customer enquiries and coordinate internally with the relevant departments.
• Maintain proper records of enquiries, leads, customer communications, and follow-up status.
• Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, and Management to support business opportunities.
