Job summary

ABN AMRO Clearing Bank Hong Kong is seeking a Business Developer to join the RAMS team. You will translate business needs into development work and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver end-to-end improvements within technology, digitalization, legislation and regulations.

You will lead change efforts on large projects, document progress, and ensure objectives are met under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor/Master degree
• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis in banking
• Experience in derivatives and equities
• IT enables business operations
• Strong SQL and Python knowledge and collaboration with IT teams
• Driven to exceed stakeholder expectations
• Able to handle deadlines and pressure

• Strong analytical mindset
