Job summary

Bank of Communications Trustee Limited is seeking a business analyst support role to assist in transformation programs, system implementations and process improvements. You will help interview operation teams, capture business needs and analyze financial workflows to identify bottlenecks and control gaps.

You will translate challenges into BRDs for developers, assist with system enhancements and migrations, support UAT, maintain trackers and prepare status reports, and help train business users.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, IT or finance with relevant BA knowledge.
• Experience in data analysis, process modeling and BRD writing.
• Strong documentation and analytical thinking are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support in business transformation, system implementation and process improvement projects.
• Assist senior BA to conduct interviews and workshops with operation teams to capture business needs.
• Analyze end-to-end financial workflows to identify bottlenecks and control gaps.
• Translate challenges into BRDs for development teams.
• Support system enhancement, migration and digital transformation for financial platforms.
• Assist in UAT, maintain trackers and prepare status reports; coordinate issue resolution.
• Help prepare user training materials and conduct basic system training for business users.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
