Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a seasoned business systems analyst to join our enterprise finance transformation program. You will serve as the central liaison between commercial units, software vendors, and technology groups, ensuring alignment of finance processes with system capabilities.

You will map end-to-end accounting workflows, translate needs into specifications, oversee interfaces, manage testing, and help create roadmaps, SOPs, and training materials for end-user adoption.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Technology, Financial Management, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of systems analysis or business consulting in financial management modules with full lifecycle roll-outs.
• Strong background in corporate finance workflows and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to bridge communication gaps between technical engineers and business leaders.
• Advanced analytical capability with data reconciliation and financial data handling skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central liaison between commercial units, software vendors, and technology groups during enterprise finance transformation initiatives.
• Map and refine end-to-end accounting processes to strengthen governance, compliance, and management reporting outputs.
• Translate operational financial needs into functional system specifications and technical design parameters.
• Oversee system interfaces and data synchronisation between core financial applications and peripheral business platforms.
• Manage user acceptance testing and integration testing frameworks, overseeing issue resolution and bug tracking prior to roll‑out.
• Formulate project road maps, SOPs, and training collateral for end‑user onboarding.
• Provide continuous risk logs, performance metrics, and strategic updates to senior project oversight committees.
