Job summary

Techforce Group Limited seeks a Senior Business Analyst for Digital & AI Transformation across a large-scale enterprise programme in Hong Kong. You will partner with business stakeholders, architects, product teams and developers to identify needs, document requirements and translate them into implementable solutions.

You will map As-Is/To-Be processes, drive discovery sessions, support MVP definition, backlog prioritisation and UAT, while ensuring adoption across functions in a complex

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement or Digital Transformation.
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Experience with BPI/BPR or process optimisation.
• Experience documenting user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Exposure to AI or data-driven projects.
• Strong communication skills in Cantonese and English.

Business Analyst | Digital & AI Transformation

You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, product teams and developers to identify opportunities, define requirements and support the successful delivery of digital and AI-enabled solutions.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in large-scale transformation initiatives by driving discovery, requirements gathering, process redesign and adoption activities within a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews and discovery sessions to identify business needs and improvement opportunities.

Gather, analyse and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

Conduct business process reviews and map current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) workflows.

Support Business Process Improvement (BPI) and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives across multiple business functions.

Work closely with architects, designers and development teams to translate business requirements into implementable solutions.

Support MVP definition, backlog prioritisation and roadmap planning activities.

Participate in UAT, rollout and adoption activities throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Act as the bridge between business users and technical delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Digital Transformation or related disciplines.

Strong experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions.

Proven experience with Business Process Improvement (BPI), Business Process Reengineering (BPR) or process optimisation initiatives.

Experience documenting user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria and business processes.

Exposure to digital transformation, automation, data or AI-related projects.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Fluent Cantonese and English.
