Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead analysis across enterprise transformation programmes and technology initiatives in a large corporate setting. You will drive requirements elicitation, user-story creation, and backlog refinement, while ensuring traceability and business ownership of deliverables.

The role requires 8–10 years in complex environments, strong knowledge of Agile and Lean ways of working, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in large, complex corporate environments.
• Proven expertise in Agile delivery and Lean practices.
• Domain experience in Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Programme/PMO governance, demand management, or capacity planning.
• Hands-on in requirements elicitation, user story creation, backlog refinement, and business case development.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow redesign, and delivery life-cycle management.
• Ability to work independently and manage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent English; Cantonese or Mandarin helpful.

• Proven expertise working extensively within Agile delivery environments and Lean ways of working.
• Demonstrated domain experience in Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Programme/PMO governance, demand management, or resource and capacity planning.
• Strong hands‑on capability in requirements elicitation, user story creation, backlog refinement, and business case development.
• Proven background in process mapping, workflow redesign, and delivery life-cycle management.
• Ability to work independently and manage senior business and technology stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; Cantonese or Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
