Job summary

PURESOFTWARE SDN. BHD. in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead analysis on complex system implementation and transformation projects.

You will plan and facilitate discovery workshops, capture requirements, and ensure traceability from business objectives through design and testing. Ideal candidates have at least 8 years ofBA experience, possess BA certification, and can communicate in Cantonese.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of business analysis experience in complex system implementation or transformation projects.
• Business analysis certification is preferred.
• Document business processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, data needs and non-functional requirements.
• Analyse gaps between current and target processes and identify impacts, dependencies and exceptions.
• Maintain requirement traceability from business objective through design, build, testing and implementation.
• Support prioritization, scope clarification, solution review, testing and defect triage.
• Coordinate with SMEs, architects, delivery teams and vendors to resolve requirement questions promptly.
• Looking for people who can speak cantonese.
