Job description

• Data to Billing Process Management: Lead a Business Analyst. Manage end to end process to facilitate zero-error revenue distribution.
• Data Operations and Administration: Gather online and offline data (via web scrapping and consolidating of third-party reports), perform data registration, catagorization, validation, matching and sample checking, facilitate smooth auto-run on the billing platform. Ensure timely invoicing and reporting for local and overseas stakeholders.
• Data Integrity & QA: Consolidate, validate, and troubleshoot external digital consumption reports and metadata to ensure revenue distribution accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal IT, Digital Channels, and Business Development teams to test, validate, and deploy data updates to database.
• Partner Management: Coordinate closely with external service partners to ensure timely data submissions, and handle data-related inquiries from stakeholders and partners.

The Successful Applicant

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of solid experience in master data management/ business planning analysis, data operations and administration.
• Data Operations and Revenue Distribution: Strong in communicating and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in data-to-invoice process, from data consolidation, entry, matching sample checking and reports. Hands on with web scraping is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Good command in Cantonese and English. Detail-minded with customer-centric mindset to tell answer stakeholders' data enquiries.
• Attributes: People-person. Patient and detail-minded with strong numerical sense, and the ability to thrive under tight, cyclical data-delivery deadlines.
