Qualifications

• University degree holder in business, quantitative, or analytical discipline.
• 3+ years for Senior Analyst or 5+ years for Assistant Manager in relevant roles.
• Experience in high-volume data reconciliation, asset matching, tracking usage logs, and cyclical clearing/payout operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Cantonese and English.
• Residency in Hong Kong with valid working rights.
• Experience in digital services/entertainment platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cycle Management: Monitor, validate, and process quarterly transactional distribution cycles, ensuring assets are allocated to global members and rightsholders.
• Data Ingestion & Verification: Ensure data accuracy for quarterly close cycles by managing usage logs, tracking sheets, and performance identification frameworks.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Interface with external partners to collect missing usage reports and ensure timely data receipt.
• Data Transformation: Aggregate high-volume data from disparate sources into actionable information to accelerate processing cycles.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Documentation, IT, and Commercial teams to optimize automated data flows and system performance.
• System Testing: Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting of new data solutions during deployments and upgrades.

The successful candidate will join an established 20-person division with a core focus on transactional asset reconciliation and distribution management. The primary mission of this role is to strengthen operational workflows, establish standardized data validation divisions, and ensure seamless, accurate quarterly distribution cycles and day-to-day data clearing house operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Cycle Management: Monitor, validate, and process quarterly transactional distribution cycles, ensuring collected assets are accurately allocated to global members and rightsholders based on structured utilization datasets.
• Data Ingestion & Verification: Ensure complete data accuracy for quarterly operational close cycles by managing incoming usage logs, tracking sheets, and proprietary performance identification frameworks.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Interface directly with external partners to collect missing usage reports, maintain regular follow-ups, and guarantee the timely receipt of operational data.
• Data Transformation: Gather high-volume data from disparate sources and synthesize it into actionable information to significantly accelerate processing cycles.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Documentation, IT, and Commercial departments to streamline automated data flows and optimize system performance.
• System Testing: Support the functional testing, validation, and troubleshooting of new data solutions during system deployment and platform upgrades.
• Inquiry Resolution: Act as an escalation point to handle complex distribution-related and daily operational inquiries from members and external partners.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: University degree holder in any business, quantitative, or analytical discipline.
• Experience:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience for the Assistant Manager track.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience for the Senior Analyst track.
• Technical & Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving capabilities paired with an extreme attention to detail, accuracy, and structural consistency.
• Experience in high-volume data reconciliation, complex asset matching, tracking utilization logs, and cyclical clearing/payout operations. Candidates from structured, data-driven industries such as Fintech, Digital Payments & Remittance, Supply Chain, Logistics & E-commerce Operations, Intellectual Property (IP) & Legal Tech Operations, Insurance Operations (Claims & Premium Administration), Telecom & Utility Billing Operations etc. bring transferable skills.
• Fast learner with strong multi-tasking and time management skills to routinely hit hard operational deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese and English.
• Digital services / entertainment platforms experience is a plus.
• Experience in Mainland digital business is a plus.
• Residency: Must hold valid Hong Kong working rights (Permanent Residents or valid visa holders, e.g., IANG).
