Job summary

BOCI-Prudential Trustee Limited seeks an experienced professional to lead post-onboarding operations alignment and optimize end-to-end data flows between internal systems and the eMPF platform.

You will manage UAT for system upgrades, review requirements, and ensure testing quality while supporting regulatory reporting and compliance monitoring in a demanding financial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred in IT, CS, business or related discipline.
• Min. 5 years of working experience, preferably in MPF, pensions or financial industry.
• Strong knowledge of MPF regulations is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, analytical skills and detail-oriented.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Job description

Lead post-onboarding operations alignment and process optimization between internal systems and the eMPF platform, performing gap analysis for ongoing system enhancements and regulatory changes

Act as the key interface between internal business units, technical vendors and the eMPF platform operator to resolve complex data synchronization, API/SFTP integration and reconciliation issues

Manage end-to-end UAT strategy for system upgrades and hotfixes, overseeing test planning, complex exception handling and final deployment sign-off

Prepare the user requirement specification and review system testing results and ensure the quality of work

Support compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting services

Handle ad-hoc assignment as required

About you

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline

Min. 5 year of working experience, preferably in MPF, pensions or financial industry

Strong knowledge of MPF regulations is an advantage

Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
