Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a senior BI/Data Analytics professional to translate business needs into MI solutions and oversee the design and development of dashboards and datamarts. You will drive data warehouse strategy, coordinate with IT on projects, and optimize BI tooling usage, including automation for MI reporting and dashboard maintenance.

The incumbent should have 3+ years in banking MI reporting, strong coding in Python/SAS/SQL, and familiarity with Tableau or Power BI;

Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data and Information Management or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years' banking experience in MI reporting with respect to programming and database architecture.
Strong experience in leading the design and development of MI reports and related platforms.

Responsibilities

Understand business user’s need, translate into data requirements and propose MI solutions.
Manage design, visualisation, development, implementation and maintenance of datamarts, tracking, MI and dashboards.
Facilitate the usage of BI tools and coordinate enhancements.
Drive data warehouse and data middle platform strategy; partner with IT to implement projects.
Work closely with IT to automate the generation of datamarts, tracking, MI and dashboards.
