The Advanced Analytics Team is a dedicated group of data professionals who harness the power of modern BI tools and analytics techniques to turn complex datasets into business value. The team creates scalable dashboards, performs deep-dive analyses, and empowers departments to make smarter, faster decisions through data.

About the Role

Were looking for a talented and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst / Senior Analyst to join the Advanced Analytics Team. This individual will be responsible for developing interactive dashboards, providing actionable insights, and working cross-functionally to support business strategy and performance improvement through data.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop insightful visualizations and dashboards.

Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports aligned with business goals.

Validate and maintain data accuracy across reports and visualizations.

Analyze key performance metrics to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities.

Collaborate with data engineers to enhance data pipelines and ensure data quality.

Optimize Tableau performance and user experience.

Provide end-user support and training on Tableau and BI tools.

Contribute to data governance, documentation, and quality control initiatives.

Participate in user testing phases (SIT/UAT) to ensure smooth deployment.

Track progress and provide updates to management and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or related roles.

Strong technical expertise in SQL, Python, Google Big-Query, and Azure Synapse.

Proven experience with Tableau including advanced functions and performance tuning.

Solid knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.

Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with Power BI, QlikView, or other BI tools.

Exposure to machine learning or predictive analytics is a plus.
