Job summary

ACW Distribution (HK) LTD in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior BI Developer (Multi-Platform) to lead enterprise BI and data analytics, acting as principal architect across Tableau, FanRuan, GuanData and Power BI to deliver scalable dashboards for regional stakeholders.

You will define multi-platform modeling standards, govern data with robust security, optimize performance, and guide cross-functional teams through end-to-end BI projects using Jira and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on enterprise BI development, analytics, and reporting.
• Minimum 2 years direct BI project management experience from scoping to deployment.
• Infrastructure admin experience configuring enterprise BI server environments.

Responsibilities

• Platform administration for BI tool suite across Tableau Server/Cloud, FanRuan, GuanData, and Power BI.
• Design and implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and data masking policies.
• Audit, monitor, and optimize dashboard performance; manage refresh schedules and gateways.
• Lead cross-platform migration and standardize legacy reporting into dynamic templates.
• Drive end-to-end BI project delivery with agile coordination and documentation.
