Job summary

PCCW is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Solution Engineer to lead Oracle, PostgreSQL, SSAS and PBIRS platform architecture, implementation and long‑term operations within the Data Warehouse Team. You will design and sustain complex analytical models and work with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, scalable analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience with BI or data warehouse projects.
• Strong SQL across Oracle and PostgreSQL for analytics and data handling.
• Experience migrating Power BI/SSAS data models and semantic layers.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) for cross‑team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Translate analytics and reporting requirements into Oracle, PostgreSQL, SSAS and PBIRS solution designs with stakeholders.
• Architect and implement enterprise analytics solutions addressing platform constraints and security requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Oracle, PostgreSQL, SSAS models for enterprise reporting and data services.
• Provide production support for SSAS models and PBIRS reports, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, release governance, and deployment procedures across test and production environments.
