Patina on Hong Kong Island is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. This full-time role sits at the heart of our bar operations, crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering outstanding service to guests.

You will prepare a wide range of drinks, take orders, maintain the bar, operate the POS system and support stock control, while upholding safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a busy hospitality environment.
• Advanced knowledge of spirits, wines, beers and cocktails.
• Proficiency in mixology techniques and flair bartending.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages to high standards.
• Take orders accurately and recommend based on guest preferences.
• Maintain a clean, well-organised bar area and restock supplies.
• Operate POS system to process payments and manage tills.
• Monitor stock and coordinate with management on inventory needs.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene regulations are followed.
