Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a seasoned Compliance Manager to oversee risk management within the banking sector. You will liaise with HK regulators, drive compliance plans, and ensure reporting obligations are met.

The role requires 6–8 years in bank compliance, fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin, and strong organisational skills. You will update policies and coordinate responses to regulatory inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, or related discipline.
• 6–8 years of compliance experience in banking.
• Knowledge of HKMA, SFC and banking-related regulation.
• Hands-on exposure liaising with regulatory bodies.
• Excellent prioritisation, organisation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Identify and participate in compliance risk management and formulate plans and standards.
• Liaise with local regulators and coordinate responses to inspections.
• Track regulatory changes and act as compliance liaison for multiple units.
• Update compliance documents reflecting current regulations and best practices.
• Prepare periodic reports and assessments for HKMA, SFC and other regulators.
