Job summary

Hong Kong Job Consulting is seeking a Compliance Manager (Banking) to join the Compliance Department of a reputed China-based bank in Hong Kong. The role focuses on policy review, regulatory alignment, product and marketing material advice, and internal control guidance.

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years in banking compliance, strong HKMA/SFC knowledge, and proven experience liaising with regulators. Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Laws or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in compliance of banking industry.
• Well-verse in HKMA, SFC and other banking-related legislations and guidelines.
• Hands-on exposure of working and liaison with regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Advise on new product launch or revamp,relevant sale and marketing materials, training materials
• Advise business and operation units oninternal control requirements

Requirements:
