Industrial Bank Co. Ltd., Hong Kong Branch seeks a Manager in the Legal and Compliance Department to oversee compliance works and advise on regulated activities, including trustee and custody services. The role includes annual reviews of products and policies to ensure regulatory alignment.

The position requires strong knowledge of HK regulatory regimes, remediation experience, and bilingual communication. Location is Hong Kong with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial products, policies and procedures and regulatory requirements for Asset Management and related services.
• Solid knowledge of Banking Ordinance, Securities and Futures Ordinance and subsidiary legislation.
• Hands-on remediation and process improvement project experience.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Putonghua).
• Detail oriented, well-organized, independent with strong communication skills.
• More experience may be considered for AVP.

• Handle assigned compliance duties and provide compliance advice on regulated activities.
• Participate in new projects and product development, advising on sales and marketing materials.
• Conduct compliance reviews, provide training and prepare committee materials.
