Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 3+ years of experience in Operations, PMO, Project Coordination, or Process Management; experience in O2O, On-Demand Delivery, Logistics, Freight, or multi-sided platforms is a plus.
• Proven experience coordinating with multi-regional, multi-market, or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong data analysis and organizational competency with ability to track metrics across markets.
• Soft skills: meticulous, proactive communication, and resilience in fast-paced environments.

Job description

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven PMO Senior Associate to support our enablement team. In this role, you will be the core coordinator ensuring internal operational alignment, standardizing cross-market workflows, and maintaining a single source of truth. You will track day-to-day project milestones across all markets, identify operational bottlenecks early, and ensure headquarters’ guidelines are executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Tracking & Single Source of Truth :

• Serve as the primary operational anchor for regional markets. Maintain centralized tracking dashboards, project logs, and routine reporting cadences to eliminate information silos.
• Drive cross-market dashboard alignment by unifying reporting metrics, tracking templates, and data definitions across all internal stakeholders.
• Cascade execution guidelines, configuration requirements, and standards to Market PICs, ensuring 100% operational consistency across regions.
• Project Delivery & Risk Monitoring :
• Track end-to-end execution of multi-market operational initiatives. Monitor daily/weekly progress against project milestones and key deliverables across all markets.
• Proactively flag execution delays, data discrepancies, or operational bottlenecks to senior stakeholders early, helping coordinate solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Process Standardization & SOP Rollout :
• Assist in developing, updating, and enforcing scalable SOPs, documentation, and PMO playbooks to streamline daily workflows for internal members.
• Audit regional compliance against enablement SOPs to ensure all internal teammates strictly adhere to operational and configuration standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Experience & Operational Capability :

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 3+ years of experience in Operations, PMO, Project Coordination, or Process Management (Experience in O2O, On-Demand Delivery, Logistics, Freight, or Multi-Sided Platforms is a strong plus).
• Proven experience coordinating with multi-regional, multi-market, or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Data & Organization Competency :
• Strong business analytical skills with a knack for numbers and operational metrics—able to track and compare data systematically across 19 markets.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for dashboarding and reporting. Basic SQL or BI tool knowledge is a plus.
• Core Mindset & Soft Skills :
• Meticulous & Highly Organized: Exceptional attention to detail with an obsession for clean documentation, structured tracking, and clear deadlines.
