Qualifikationen

• A recognized Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Social Work from a Hong Kong university.
• Currently registered as a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Social Workers Registration Board in Hong Kong.
• Experience in youth services and coordinating large-scale funding projects is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Develop the project’s strategic direction, objectives, and timeline, ensuring alignment with the 10-million budget and stakeholders’ expectations.
• Resource Allocation and Oversight: Manage budget distribution and resource allocation (manpower, materials, etc.), while monitoring the project’s financial status to prevent overspending.
• Directly supervise the Mid-level and Junior Officers, assign tasks, review progress, provide guidance, and resolve conflicts.
• Identify potential project risks, develop contingency plans, and adjust strategies as needed to address unforeseen issues.
• External Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, communicating with senior management, clients, or external partners to report progress and outcomes.
• Outcome Evaluation: Oversee the final review of project deliverables, ensuring objectives are met, and submit a comprehensive summary report.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Preparatory Committee
