Tung Wah Group of Hospitals is seeking an experienced administrator to provide comprehensive support across office and warehouse operations. The role includes secretarial duties for executive meetings, coordinating publications with Corporate Communications, and managing donations and budgets.
The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years in administration and fundraising, strong bilingual skills in English and Chinese, and supervisory experience.
Provide administrative support and oversee office and warehouse operations and resources management, including coordinating ad hoc renovation works when necessary;
work closely with other division and across teams to provide secretarial support, including consolidating papers and PowerPoint presentations for Executive Committee meetings, Board meetings and joint meetings;
collaborate with the Corporate Communications Division to consolidate publication materials, including the monthly Tung Wah Newsletter, corporate videos, corporate brochures, annual reports and photo albums;
supervise unit members on donation-in-kind matters, including but not limited to handling donor enquiries, arranging ceremonies, preparing thank-you letters and receipts;
prepare the Annual Capital Budget and Recurrent Budget for management’s consideration;
handle donations related to naming and acknowledgement arrangements for various service units;
prepare proposals and coordinate annual staff training programmes for staff of the Division; and
perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.
A recognized degree or equivalent;
at least Grade D or above in both English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in the HKCEE or equivalent;
at least 4 years of post-qualification experience preferably in administration and fund-raising field;
proficiency in English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
strong communication, project management and time management skills;
great sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability;
proficiency with office software and systems; and
preferably with supervisory experience and hands-on experience in handling donations.

The successful candidate will initially be offered a 3-year contract with a remuneration package which will be commensurate with his/her background and experience. The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships. The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
