Job summary

Bank of Singapore seeks an experienced leader to manage a team of Assistant Relationship Managers, driving consistent practices and staff engagement. You will provide admin and client service support to Private Banking, respond to inquiries, ensure compliance, and mentor ARMs to develop their capabilities.

You will also coordinate front-office activities, prepare management reports, and support the Market Head and Team Head in workforce planning and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or diploma from reputable institutions.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in client servicing, operations or sales support within financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills.
• Prior experience mentoring and coaching team members.
• Possess future oriented mindset, strive to innovate and adapt to changes.
• Strong understanding of inter-dependencies within the team and collaborate across departments.
• HKMA/SFC license (e.g. Type 1 and/or 4) required; HKIB ECF qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Business Management / Market Head / Team Head in managing a team of ARMs to drive consistent practices and staff engagement.
• Provide administrative support and client service to Relationship Managers servicing Private Banking clients.
• Respond to client enquiries, ensure regulatory compliance and proper issue resolution.
• Provide trainings, mentorship and guidance to ARMs to ensure competence.
• Coordinate front office activities and manage management reporting for Front Office.
