Job summary

Head of Assistant Relationship Management in Private Banking in Hong Kong leads the ARM team to deliver frontline support to Relationship Managers across client onboarding, servicing, and transaction processing. The role demands strong leadership and deep knowledge of private banking workflows.

Reporting to private banking management, you will partner with RMs and team heads, drive process improvements, uphold governance, and build a collaborative ARM culture while guiding platform initiatives

Qualifications

Experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management frontline roles.
Experience leading an ARM or client servicing team.
Strong knowledge of onboarding, maintenance and frontline workflows.
Understanding of KYC, AML and related controls.
Excellent English and Chinese; Mandarin advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the ARM team, manage workload and service standards.
Coordinate with Relationship Managers and Team Heads to provide high-quality client support.
Oversee client onboarding, account maintenance, and transaction processing.
Escalate complex servicing and operations issues with downstream controls.
Improve front-office workflows and operational processes for efficiency.
Maintain governance and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Collaborate on platform initiatives and Private Banking projects.
Foster a collaborative ARM culture and consistency across RM teams.
