Job summary

Capri Holdings Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Lead International Logistics for APAC with full accountability for regional performance. Lead a small team, manage daily operations and drive KPI improvements across the region.

You will coordinate inbound transportation, collaborate with DCs, planning teams, and 3PLs to ensure on-time delivery while optimizing cost and service levels. Strong leadership and cross-cultural communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 10 years relevant APAC experience in retail/FMCG for large MNCs
• 5+ years direct team management experience with proven development of people and performance
• Strong leadership, accountability and stakeholder collaboration across teams
• Excellent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office applications
• Experience with 4PL structures and vendor management

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC International Logistics with regional performance accountability
• Build and manage a high-performing team of 3 with clear KPI ownership
• Represent International Logistics in APAC for 4PL structure meetings
• Align with BU and Brand needs; explain metrics to stakeholders
• Coordinate inbound transport from factories to DCs across APAC
• Drive cost/service improvements with carriers and 3rd party providers
• Own POs and shipments to ensure lead times and DC delivery
• Ensure compliance and documentation for shipments
