Job summary

Fidelity International in Hong Kong/Singapore seeks an Associate Director / Senior Manager for a 9-month contract to drive APAC product initiatives. You will lead cross-border product changes and collaborate with Global Product Development and distribution teams to enable growth across intermediary, institutional and direct channels.

The role requires strong regulatory awareness, stakeholder management and the ability to deliver complex capabilities aligned with Asia market needs and regional

Qualifications

• Relevant working experience and industry knowledge of investment management, buy-side product management and/or investment consulting.
• Experience working on European-domiciled products distributed to Asian markets and collaborating with Asian-based teams.
• Knowledge of market demands for fund features across Asian jurisdictions.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-border product projects and delivering new solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead product initiatives from assessment through governance, approval, implementation and post-launch review.
• Coordinate regulatory, legal, operational, investment and distribution stakeholders.
• Manage delivery plans, dependencies, risks, and senior stakeholder reporting.
• Ensure effective handover at contract start and end; maintain fit-for-purpose platforms for product management.
