Job summary

Lenovo in Hong Kong seeks a hands-on AI leader to design and build agentic AI products for enterprise-scale adoption. You will own the technical direction end-to-end, from architecture to deployment, partnering with business, finance and strategy colleagues.

You will mentor colleagues on AI tools and practices, influence the innovation roadmap, and work across Lenovo's global teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on track record: shipped production software today.
• Recent enterprise AI deployment with real users.
• Deep expertise in large language models and agentic systems.
• Strong Python and major cloud platform skills (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Knowledge of security, access control and data governance in enterprise AI.
• Experience with multinational stakeholders; fluent in English with senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic AI products for enterprise-scale adoption across Lenovo.
• Architect access to documents, data, systems with governance and security.
• Ensure production-quality outputs and scale with evolving context.
• Lead technical architecture end-to-end: model selection, orchestration, evaluation.
