Job summary

One Arrow Consulting Group in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Lead AI Architect to steer enterprise transformation programs and build AI centers of excellence. You will partner with the business heads in Life, Medical, Claims, and Distribution to drive AI adoption and tangible ROI.

Lead the design of scalable multi-cloud AI infrastructure, establish guardrails, and oversee secure data pipelines. You will mentor cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with PDPO and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leading large-scale digital transformation or technology consulting projects in Financial Services.
• Strong baseline knowledge of GenAI and ML in production.
• Excellent executive communication; bilingual English and Cantonese/Mandarin preferred for regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Roadmap: Partner with business heads to drive AI adoption across the enterprise.
• Financial & Project Governance: Define ROI frameworks, manage budgets and SLAs.
• Change Management: Lead cross-functional squads to adopt AI-assisted workflows.
• Regulatory Liaison: Coordinate with Risk, Legal, and Compliance to ensure PDPO/IA compliance.
• Target State Blueprinting: Design scalable multi-cloud AI infrastructure integrated with legacy systems.
• Enterprise Guardrails: Architect caching, context-window compression, and model routing layers.
• Data & Retrieval Architecture: Blueprint secure vector databases with hybrid-search.
• Technical Evaluation: Establish automated assessment frameworks to monitor hallucination, bias, and data leakage risks.
