MTR Corporation Limited 香港鐵路有限公司 seeks a Senior Enterprise AI Architect to lead the AI CoE architecture, governance and delivery of scalable AI initiatives in Hong Kong. You will define roadmaps, guide solution design and drive responsible AI adoption with business and technology partners.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise/solution architecture, leadership experience, and strong English and Chinese communication. A focus on cloud, data platforms and modern AI tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solution or enterprise architecture or related roles with 2+ years in management.
• Experience leading enterprise AI or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, data architectures and modern AI tech.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, with excellent presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture, governance and guidance of strategic AI and Generative AI initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape AI strategy, roadmaps and scalable solutions.
• Set engineering standards, patterns and best practices across AI projects.
• Provide oversight across design, technology selection, implementation and deployment.
• Drive adoption of LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and related platforms for measurable value.
• Advise on Responsible AI and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
• Evaluate emerging AI tech trends and translate insights into reusable frameworks.
