Job summary

Lenovo Inc. is seeking a hands-on AI leader to design and build agentic AI products that enable AI-native working for the strategy team, first within the Corporate Strategy group and then across Lenovo.

You will own the technical direction from architecture to adoption, collaborating with business, finance and strategy colleagues to deliver production-grade AI solutions while upholding governance and responsible AI standards.

Qualifications

7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, product or program management, or AI solutions delivery.
Hands-on engineering track record: wrote and shipped production software and continue to code today.
Recent enterprise AI deployment with at least one production-use case.
Deep expertise in large language models and agentic systems.
Strong Python engineering skills and experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP).
Knowledge of security, access control and data governance for enterprise AI.
Experience with multinational stakeholders; fluent in English with senior audiences.
Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering; master's/MBA advantageous.

Responsibilities

Build agentic AI products for Lenovo's strategy team with path to corporate-wide adoption.
Architect access to documents, data, systems and knowledge in a governed, secure way.
Ensure outputs are insightful and scalable as needs grow.
Own end-to-end architecture, models, orchestration, security and enterprise integration.
Write production-quality code and stay hands-on in delivery.
Establish standards for responsible AI, governance and evaluation.
