Job summary

Lenovo India Private Limited is seeking a hands-on AI leader to architect and deliver agentic AI products for AI-native working within Corporate Strategy, with a clear path to broad adoption across Lenovo.

You will own the technical direction end-to-end, including model selection, governance, security and integration with Lenovo systems, while mentoring teams and shaping the AI agenda.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering, product, program management, or AI delivery leadership.
• Hands-on track record writing and shipping production software.
• Recent enterprise AI deployment with real users in production.
• Deep expertise in large language models and agentic systems.
• Strong Python and cloud platform skills (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Knowledge of security, access control and data governance for enterprise AI.
• Experience with multinational stakeholders and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver agentic AI products with production-grade architecture.
• Own end-to-end technical direction from architecture to adoption.
• Mentor team and guide build-versus-buy decisions.
• Present progress and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Shape the AI agenda and monitor landscape for Lenovo.
