Qualifications

• Strong business judgement and practical problem-solving in operations or product-operations
• Ability to work with AI agents, prompts, workflows, APIs, and automation
• Clear, concise communication with multiple stakeholders
• Comfort prioritising under uncertainty and making trade-offs
• Experience in AI-native environments and coordinating across teams

Responsibilities

• Coordinate real-time alignment across business teams, Engineering, Product, Operations, AI agents and stakeholders
• Translate business priorities into clear workflows, owners, decision points and actions
• Identify bottlenecks, handoffs, gaps and conflicts in execution
• Maintain visibility across fast-moving initiatives and ensure progress
• Support cross-functional execution with multiple dependencies and changing deadlines
• Own escalation paths, inputs/outputs, and quality criteria for workflows
• Act as connective layer between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Provide reliable coverage for urgent internal issues when required
