Job summary

Crypto is seeking a Senior Business Operations Associate in Hong Kong to orchestrate real-time alignment across business teams, AI agents, and engineers. You will translate priorities into workflows, own ownership points, and ensure clear handoffs and escalation paths in a fast-moving, AI-native environment.

You will partner with Engineering, Product, Compliance, Legal, and Customer Support to deploy AI-driven processes, test edge cases, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business operations, product operations, strategy, or related roles.
• Proven cross-functional project delivery and operational improvements.
• Strong business judgment and practical problem-solving in AI-native contexts.
• Clear, concise communication with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate real-time alignment across business teams, Engineering, Product, Operations, AI agents, and stakeholders.
• Translate business priorities into clear workflows, owners, decision points, and next actions.
• Identify bottlenecks, unclear handoffs, and gaps in execution; maintain visibility of initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering to implement AI-agent capabilities in production workflows.
• Test and refine AI-heavy workflows, define escalation rules and handoffs.
• Own quality standards for AI-driven internal processes and ensure proper inputs/outputs.
