Job summary

Longbridge is seeking a Head of Customer Services in Hong Kong to lead a team of licensed client support professionals and own the regulatory operations framework.

You will partner with Compliance, Legal, Product and Technology to elevate service standards, integrate AI-driven tools, and ensure continuous SFC compliance across onboarding, KYC, account maintenance, and client inquiries.

Qualifications

• Licensed Representative for Type 1 (Dealing in Securities)
• Type 4 license advantageous; senior leadership experience in licensed client-facing teams
• 7+ years in financial services with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Deep knowledge of SFO, SFC Code of Conduct, AML/CFT guidelines
• Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Draft, implement, and maintain client service P&Ps end-to-end across onboarding, KYC, and account maintenance.
• Lead regulatory reviews, inspections, audits, and SFC communications with Legal and Compliance.
• Train and monitor licensing status and regulatory competence of the team.
• Oversee day-to-day HK trading-hour services, documentation, funding/withdrawals, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology to integrate AI-driven tools and improve the client journey.
