Job summary

GreenTomato is seeking a Senior Project Executive to drive AI-native project delivery. You will draft specs for AI agents, run client-facing prototypes, and direct workstreams within a two-person pod under an Assistant Project Manager.

You’ll own delivery, run sessions like requirement workshops and demos, and help governance on timeline, budget, and risk using AI tools. Growth path toward AP Manager is defined.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in project delivery, business analysis or client-facing roles in tech.
• Degree holder in Business/Marketing/CS or related discipline; expertise preferred.
• Demonstrated AI-native working and ability to draft, synthesize and direct work with AI.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery workstreams end-to-end within a project pod and direct AI agents.
• Run day-to-day client communication and support sessions with the PM.
• Draft AI-consumable specs and testable acceptance criteria for agents.
• Prototype rapidly with AI tools to capture user requirements.
• Support acceptance validation and surface defects with recommended actions.
• Assist AI-driven governance, monitoring timeline, budget and risk.
