Job summary

HTK is seeking an experienced End-to-End AI Solution Leader to design and deliver comprehensive AI/automation solutions from concept to production, leveraging LangChain, LlamaIndex, and related frameworks. You will act as the primary technical lead on client engagements, coordinating PM, BA, UX, and Frontend teams into a cohesive delivery stream.

The role requires owning the full lifecycle of solution delivery, from requirements to post-deployment optimization, with a focus on rapid prototyping,

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field.
• Experience leading AI/ML solution delivery for enterprise clients.
• Strong communication to translate AI capabilities into business value.

• Own architecture, development, testing, and post-deployment optimization.
